I have been researching the Myrtle Beach area for some time now. My husband and I would like to relocate in a few years....would love to come sooner but have a boy in 11th grade and one starting Penn State in the fall. I was just wondering about some of the communities down there. Would love to here feedback on jobs, neighborhoods, housing prices etc. We are in love with the idea of coastal living and a half hour or less drive to the beach sounds GREAT!!! We are tired of the PA winters and absolutely live for our "1 WEEK out of the whole year" vacations to the beach. My husband also loves golf, thus making the Myrtle Beach area sound just perfect.
