Thanks for the reply. I actuall found a site that has current water temps on it. It looks like the water is about 10 degrees warmer then average this year. Definetly bringing my surf fishing gear.

:=We are coming down for a week in April and I was wondering how this winter generally was down there. Was it warmer, colder, average compared to the last 5 years or so? I just want to get a feeler for the water temerature for fishing reasons. Thanks for any help......
