I dont really know how much "Beach Time" you are going to get in. March can still be pretty chilly in MB. We typically come down in April and the weather can still be in the 40's at night then. The days are typically in the low 70's in April but the water is still too cold to really swim in. Dont know much about the bar scene but Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing have some clubs.
